Using Myxyr Ear
On Myxyr Ear you listen to your personal mix of the channels available in the central Myxyr Cast.
Start streaming in Myxyr Ear
Connect your mobile to the dedicated Myxyr W-Fi network that has been set up by Myxyr Cast.
- Go to your stage manager or engineer.
- Read the SSID on the Myxyr Cast window (like: Myxyr:1a:2b:3c).
- Also read the WPA key on the Myxyr Cast window.
- In the Settings - Wi-Fi connection, connect to Myxyr network ( the SSID)
- fill in the WPA key.
- Turn the phone's volume down to half
- Start the app: Myxyr Ear
- Fill in your name / or choose one.
The Myxyr Ear app only uses the name you type to identify you in the central Myxyr Cast window.
- Plug in your earphones - both sides - your mix is stereo! Mono channels are also mixed as stereo.
Once connected, you can switch Myxyr Ear to the mixing controls that will enable you to adjust exactly what mix your will get from the central streamer.
Adjust your stream 
You will see the list of available channels/tracks, and for each channel you can control and adjust:
the volume, the stereo width, the left-right panning.
Your device is the only one that plays this mix, you won't influence the sound mix that the other Ears are playing.
Extras - pre-sets
In Myxyr Ear use the pre-sets menu to select your favored channel.
- Choose your favored channel from the presented list of channels.
This channel will get a bit higher volume, and a narrower stereo image. The other channels will get a bit lower in volume and wider in stereo.
